At Wonderful Cake House, we are committed to giving our customers the best shopping experience.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery fee is charged based on the distance of your desired address.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CAKE TO ARRIVE?

All deliveries will be meticulously planned based on the Date slot you have pre-selected when you placed your order. 

Kindly note that as we strive to deliver your order to you, there will be factors that could affect delivery timing such as traffic, weather, scheduled road closures, etc. Having said that, we are determined to deliver your cake within 10am to 5pm.

Please be sure that upon placing your order you will be contactable through EMAIL, CALL or WHATSAPP

Also, please take note that when our rider arrives at the delivery location, they will allocate 10-15 minutes of waiting time. If however, past that there is no one there to receive the cake. Our rider will leave at guard House or we will arrange to leave at nearby outlet and customer can pick up from there. If there are no suitable places for us to have your cake safe placed, our rider will leave to proceed with their other deliveries and circle back to do yours. In that case, a re-delivery charge of RM30 will be imposed.

Notes:

1. No delivery date, address and flavour change after order placed
2. Our delivery time is 10am-5pm
3. Extra delivery charges will applied for [Specific delivery time]
4. To our value receiver, due to pandemic getting serious, as precaution steps, our delivery service will stop at guard house or lobby and hope receiver do alert with phone call. ☎️
5. If waiting time more than 15 minutes, our rider will leave at guard House or we will arrange to leave at nearby outlet and customer can pick up from there. If there are no suitable places for us to have your cake safe placed, our rider will leave to proceed with their other deliveries and circle back to do yours. In that case, a re-delivery charge of RM30 will be imposed.

CAN I HAVE MY CAKE TO BE DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC TIME? 

Our delivery heroes are always on-the-go everyday whether rain or shine from 10am-5pm to fulfil your Complementary results Bon Appétit cake desire.

Every arrangement is coordinated earnestly to ensure the freshness of our masterpieces are delivered to your doorstep.

However, there is limitation in what our delivery heroes can do. We are unable to provide an exact time of delivery or deliver at a specific timeslot.

WHICH AREAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?

Currently, we only do deliveries across Klang Valley with an exception of some postcodes.
